Designer of sustainable fashion –

Born in Haifa, Israel, Yotam Solomon is known for his “plant-based couture.”

His prior work include designing for the Dasani brand as well as his work for Covalent,

where he developed and designed regenerative and carobon-negative fashion.

He moved to Los Angeles, California, where he studied at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising.

He launched his own brand following graduation. Yotam also invested in and was the Chief Design Officer

for a material development company called Revoterial, where he worked with MIT, CalTech and Tufts.

In 2019 he joined Newlight Technologies and helped develop Covalent.
