This egg-free, 3-ingredient cookie is simple and fun to make. You can substitute raisins for chocolate chips if you wish, or you can add dried fruits like dried cherries to the mix.
Ingredients:
2 bananas
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
1 – In a medium bowl mash the bananas.
2 – Add the oats and chocolate chips to the bananas and mix well.
3 – Roll the mixture into 2 inch balls and flatten. Place on a cookie sheet.
4 – Bake in a 350 degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
